**Move forward as a Drivers Desk Officer at DSV in Maastricht**
Do you have the right operational and logistics knowledge? Do you ensure the proper and correct flow and handling of all shipments and freight data?

**You get it done**
As drivers desk officer, you receive and speak to all national and international drivers. In doing so, you ensure that all freight data is checked and processed correctly: you work on it

How do you do this? By correctly processing the freight data, you ensure that the loading and unloading process runs smoothly and that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed without errors. You independently communicate any deviations to colleagues from customer service and/or the warehouse. You also independently carry out dock checks, make notes on CRM’s and are responsible for the entire dock planning. You achieve this by:

- communicating appropriately with drivers internal colleagues;
- timely signaling of deviations and disruptions in operations;
- providing input for projects to improve our logistics processes and procedures;
- observing and monitoring legal, company and safety regulations.

**You bring with you**
- relevant experience (at least 2 years), within logistics is a plus;
- great commitment, proactive attitude and meticulous;
- willingness to work shifted shifts;
- good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
