Highlite International BV in Kerkrade is a manufacturer and distributor of lighting and sound equipment and all related products for the entertainment industry, architectural lighting, and commercial installations. As an internationally operating distributor of our own brands DAP, DMT, Infinity, Showtec, Showgear, and Artecta, we manage daily sales to our customers all over the world. Sales are organised through a variety of channels, including exclusive distributors, dealers, installers/contractors, and retailers. To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a **Graphic Designer/Content Creator.**

**Job description**

As a Graphic Designer/Content Creator in our Marketing department, you will work with the Marketing team to devise and develop our campaigns. You are creative, brimming with new ideas and can implement them according to our brand books. You can develop a concept into a final product using professional graphic software. In this role, you will support the team by designing and editing graphic materials and performing DTP work. You will design and edit the graphic design of printed materials such as posters, catalogues, packaging and digital content for websites and social media. In addition, you will work independently and proactively with our Product Managers to depict the products as optimally as possible (photography). Communication within our team is conducted in English, both verbally and in writing, so a good command of the English language is a requirement.

**Who we are looking for**
- You have a completed relevant higher professional education or secondary vocational education with knowledge gained through experience.
- You have at least two years of experience in a similar position.
- You have mastered Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and are familiar with Premiere and After Effects.
- You are experienced in photography and film.
- You can express yourself well in the English language both verbally and in writing.
- You are creative, independent, and not afraid to show initiative.
- Affinity with our industry is a plus.
