HR Generalist

**YOUR TASKS**

Join our HR team in Maastricht - As an HR Representative you'll play a crucial role in providing essential support for HR operations. Reporting to the HR manager, you'll be involved in various HR activities to effectively support the employee population. Key responsibilities include:

- Offer day-to-day operational and administrative support for employees, managers and HR leadership
- Provide first-level support to employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle
- Advocate for the use of HR technology and analytics
- Educate end users in the use of direct access for information and transactional support
- Enforce global and local policies, procedures and practices as needed to support business operations
- Administer key HR activities including Payroll & Time, Pension & Benefits, Performance Management
- Support organizational development activities such as Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Collaborating with the Operations Manager to develop and implement training programs for operational roles

**YOUR PROFLE**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Law or related field
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration and HR operations
- Experience supporting complex white/blue collar workforce
- Comprehensive understanding of time & attendance policies and outsourced payroll operations
- Proven ability to use relevant HR software tools, preference to SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
