Movement on the Ground is seeking a highly-motivated, dedicated, and organized

Fundraising Coordinator who is passionate about driving impactful fundraising efforts.

As a Fundraising Coordinator, you will assist in researching, planning, and executing

fundraising activities, while supporting key initiatives to help us reach our fundraising

We are an entrepreneurial NGO founded in 2015 on Lesvos in Greece. At the core of all

our missions stands our Camp to CampUs approach. Following this approach, we build

a community, together with (camp) residents. Not for them, but with them. With this

approach we stimulate the social participation of newcomers and sustainably facilitate

social & local integration within a community.

**Key Responsibilities***:

- Fundraising Campaign Support**:_

Assist in the creation, planning, and execution of

fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.**:

- Donor Engagement**:_
- Research, assess and help to build and maintain

relationships with existing and potential donors, (including and not exclusive to

Institutions, foundations, corporate donors as well as individual donors) through
- Assist in donor cultivation and

stewardship activities.**:

- Grant Writing Support**:_

Assist in researching grant opportunities, preparing

proposals, and coordinating with team members to meet grant deadlines.**:

- Social Media & Marketing**:_
- Support the promotion of fundraising campaigns

platforms.
- Assist the content manager in creating compelling content to engage

the community and increase donations.**:

- Event Coordination**:_

Help plan and execute fundraising events including logistics,

invitations, and post-event follow-up.**:

- Research & Data Entry**:_

Research potential donors, foundations, and corporate

sponsorships. Maintain donor databases and ensure that records are accurate

and up-to-date.**:

- Collaborative Support**:_

Work closely with the Funds and Impact Director and

other team members to support the overall fundraising strategy and meet

financial targets.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**-Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit

management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**-Experience**:
Previous experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, or

nonprofit work is an advantage, but not required.

**-Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English and Dutch is a bonus).
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple

tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using social

media platforms.
- Experience with CRM (salesforce) or donor management systems is a plus.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of donors and

supporters.
