- Om de maatschappelijke uitdagingen in de bouw en infra het hoofd te bieden, zijn duurzame innovaties een must. Hoe houden we de vervangings
- en renovatie opgave betaalbaar? Hoe kunnen we samen veilig gebruik blijven maken van de ruimte in ons dichtbevolkte land? En hoe kunnen we de effecten van klimaatverandering voorkomen of ons erop aanpassen? Als projectmanager in de afdeling Reliable Structures vertaal jij ambities naar projecten die je in goede banen leidt. Zo zorg je mede voor een leefbare toekomst voor iedereen. De afdeling Reliable Structures werkt aan diverse oplossingen voor de transitie naar een veilige en duurzame leefomgeving. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het beoordelen van de levensduur van bruggen en waterkeringen en het ontwikkelen toepassen van hergebruikte materialen en elementen in de bouw en infra. Als projectleider stuur je projectteams met gemiddeld zo’n 4 tot 10 inhoudelijke experts aan. Zelf ben je inhoudelijk meer vanaf de zijlijn betrokken. Je taak is het in goede banen leiden van het project en daarbij goed af te stemmen met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders en het stimuleren en ontzorgen van je team.**Wat ga je doen?**:
- Onder jouw leiding worden de projecten succesvol opgeleverd. Je ziet erop toe dat contractafspraken en budgetten worden nagekomen en dat de opdrachtgever tevreden is. Oók als er misschien niet de op voorhand verwachte oplossing uitkomt. Ondertussen besteed je aandacht aan goede publiciteit en stimuleer je een maximaal leereffect bij de inhoudelijke collega’s. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om te werken op een manier die jij prettig vindt. Ook is er ruimte om te sparren en ervaringen uit te wisselen met andere projectleiders. Gemiddeld draaien projectleiders zo’n vier tot acht projecten of één of meerdere programma’s tegelijkertijd. Dat betekent veel afwisseling
Als ervaren projectmanager houd je je bezig met de grotere en complexere projecten. Zo ga je bijvoorbeeld aan de slag met multidisciplinaire projecten die jouw team, afdeling of zelfs de unit overstijgen. Je projecten kunnen bestaan uit onderzoeken, kennisontwikkelingvraagstukken of adviestrajecten. Deze voer je uit voor of samen met overheden, bedrijven uit de ontwerp-, bouw
- en technieksector en/of gemeentes en provincies. Daarnaast werken we ook in toonaangevende projecten waarbij we samenwerken met andere onderzoeksinstellingen in Europees consortia. Zo draag je bij aan innovatieve oplossingen om bijvoorbeeld de levensduur van infrastructuur en gebouwen te verlengen of duurzame en veilige constructieve oplossingen voor de bouw en infra te realiseren.
Binnen de afdeling Reliable Structures word je onderdeel van een diverse, internationale groep van in totaal zo’n 50 collega’s, verdeeld over 4 expertise teams met achtergronden in civiele techniek, materiaalkunde, werktuigbouwkunde, bouwkunde etc. Afhankelijk van je achtergrond en interesse heb jij je basis in één van de teams maar in welk team je ook komt: werken bij Reliable Structures is afwisselend, innovatief en impactvol.**Wat wij van jou verwachten**:
- In deze rol zorg je vanuit jouw expertise dat projecten en samenwerkingen tussen partijen vloeiend verlopen: als Projectmanager doe je niets liever. Jij spreekt de taal van inhoudelijke experts, maar laat ook in gesprekken met andere partners je toegevoegde waarde zien. Schakelen tussen projecten én partijen kun je als geen ander, waarbij je continu het beste uit een team probeert te halen. Bij ieder project zet jij de stip op de horizon, waarbij je er continu voor zorgt dat partijen zich van dit doel bewust zijn. Ook draai jij je hand niet om voor administratieve taken; door jouw nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken, weet iedereen precies waar hij of zij aan toe is en wat de status is van het project.
Onze ideale kandidaat heeft:
- Een WO-masterdiploma in de richting civiele techniek, (werktuig)bouwkunde, natuurkunde, bouwfysica, innovatiemanagement of industrieel ontwerp;
- Minimaal zes jaar ervaring als projectleider in, bij voorkeur, een onderzoeksomgeving;
- Mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands (B1), maar ook in het Engels;
- Bij voorkeur een IPMA-C-certificering of gelijkwaardig;
- Ervaring met het leiden van innovatieprojecten in de bouw
- en infrasector is een pre;
- Ervaring met subsidietrajecten, zoals de TKI-toeslagregeling en/of Horizon 2020 is een pre.
**Wat wij jou bieden**:

- en € 6.614;
- (afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring), vakantiegeld (8%), een dertiende maand (8,33%) en een flexbudget (5,58% + €180), krijg je alle mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen.
