**Business Analyst**
- Het Content en Contracten team van ANVA ontwikkelt innovatieve oplossingen waarmee verzekeraars en volmachten contracten efficiënt kunnen opstellen, beheren en distribueren. Als Business Analist in dit team speel je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling van deze oplossingen en draag je bij aan het succes van ons SaaS-platform, ANVA 6._
- Je beweegt je op het kruispunt van business en IT, waarbij je de functionele werking van contract gerelateerde applicaties optimaliseert. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor klantvalidatie, het vertalen van productvisies naar specificaties, en je werkt nauw samen met het ontwikkelteam om onze contract
- en contentoplossingen naar een hoger niveau te tillen._
- Dit betreft een hybride functie voor 32-40 uur per week op onze vestiging in Amersfoort._

**Jouw rol**

Je analyseert de voorkeuren, behoeften en meningen van onze klanten en andere stakeholders ten aanzien van de bediening van intermediairs. Deze vertaal je naar user stories met requirements die passen binnen de ANVA-strategie en productvisie. Als Business Analist werk je nauw samen met de Product Owner en UX Designer enfungeer je als vraagbaak voor het scrum team. Je loopt altijd enkele sprints vooruit, zodat de Software Engineers productief blijven.

- Hebt een relevante hbo-opleiding afgerond
- Hebt een sterk analytisch en oplossend vermogen
- Je hebt kennis van verzekeringen en het bijbehorende administratieproces
- Kunt requirements duidelijk verwoorden en user stories maken
- Hebt ervaring met agile werken en realiseert korte doorlooptijden
- Bent pragmatisch maar ook empathisch en hebt de nodige veranderkracht
- Kunt goed luisteren, helder communiceren en je bent organisatie sensitief
- Bent in staat om prioriteiten te bepalen en neemt het initiatief.

- Afhankelijk van opleiding, ervaring en werkachtergrond bedraagt het maximale bruto jaarsalaris € 79.000;
