**About the function**:
Are you ready for a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment? As part of our production team, your focus on precision and commitment to excellence is crucial to maintaining the highest product quality. Each day offers new opportunities, with responsibilities including preparing, cutting, packaging and labeling fresh produce, ensuring quality and accuracy at every step. This includes operating machinery, assembling meals and maintaining equipment by cleaning and servicing daily.

The job is Monday through Saturday with two days off per week. Start times are between 06:00 and 08:00 to 16:00 and 17:00.

**What we need**:

- You communicate easily in Dutch or English with your colleagues.
- You are available for full-time work and flexible with your hours.
- Safety and hygiene are top priorities for you.
- You have your own accommodation and can commute to Ridderkerk independently.

**What we offer**:

- Attractive salary of €13.68 gross per hour.
- Weekly paychecks.
- Shift bonuses of 125% to 140% for shifts between 19:00 and 06:00.
- Vacation bonus of 8.3% so you can enjoy your days off.
- Overtime bonus of 135% after working 38 hours per week.
