**Your role**:
As Portfolio Administrator Private Equity, you will play an important role in the data collection and portfolio management processes of the Private Equity (PE) department. As Portfolio Administrator Private Equity, you are supporting the department with collecting, validating and processing information from customers and investees, as well as registering these in the relevant FMO systems. Also, you will be responsible for processing disbursements and preparing the fair value sheets of our fund investments. In addition, you will be expected to contribute to coordinating process management changes. Your work will be administrative but also requires analytical skills.

Correct administration of data is crucial for the external reporting of our financial and impact results as well as internal reporting in support of management. Correct processing of amongst other disbursements is crucial for properly servicing our customers.

We are currently looking for a team player with a clear eye for detail and an ability to critically look at (financial and impact) data. In this role, you connect the customer and FMO using your analytical and communication skills. The Impact Officers at FMO help you with the impact measurement framework and data quality.

As Portfolio Administrator Private Equity you are responsible for:

- Collecting and properly administering customer sustainability reporting templates as well as look-through data from fund managers;
- Processing and capturing such data in the FMO systems;
- Closely cooperating with the Impact and Investment Associates in a proactive manner to ensure timely completeness and accuracy of the data;
- Proactively contributing to improving data quality within the department and in the broader organization;
- Proactively monitoring and following up with customers for any delayed data issuance or errors;
- Assisting in preparing reports and dashboards based on data collected;
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the data collection and processing processes;
- Portfolio Management: preparing disbursements and fair values for the portfolio of equity investments.

The salary range for this role is between € 50K - 65K (full-time, gross per year), depending on experience.

- At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, Administration or similar.
- Experience with (data) administration, including datasets in MS office.
- Analytical skills.
