**Company Description**
As part of the Fulfilment team at KPN, you'll collaborate with a group of experts - including solution designers, the product manager, and the manager Fulfilment - within Network Services. You will also engage extensively with six DevOps teams from our strategic partner, Tech Mahindra. You’ll serve as a key bridge between the teams working from our strategic partner and KPN’s management. The team has an open, international culture where English is the main language, and everyone is encouraged to voice their opinions. From 2025 onwards, we will be based in Rotterdam.

In your role as Solution Architect Fulfilment, you will play a crucial part in guiding KPN’s technical landscape towards its digital future. You will ensure the alignment of short-term business needs with long-term strategic goals, creating architectural designs that meet KPN’s objectives. You will provide high-level estimates and guide DevOps teams from our partner (Tech Mahindra) in building future-proof solutions.
- Create clear architectural drawings and guidelines so that the business, network engineers, DevOps teams and management can clearly understand how short term solutions and long term architecture are aligned.
- Provide strategic input to management and steer solution teams to deliver impactful, efficient designs.
- Align with stakeholders across business, network department, and strategy to ensure consistency and clarity in projects.
- Guide and support DevOps teams from our partner to ensure the designs adhere to the architecture and strategy.
- Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders into the architecture, refining and improving the solutions over time.

**Qualifications**
You are a strategic thinker who can analyze complex business processes and create high-level architectural designs that align with long-term goals. Liking new technologies give you the ability to sift through what brings new possibilities for our business an what not. You can inspire others to adopt new technologies and act as a bridge between teams and management. To do this successfully, you’ll bring:

- An MSc degree or equivalent experience in IT or Telecommunications architecture
- Experience with IT/Telecommunications architecture and a deep understanding of business processes
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels
- Knowledge of KPN policies, including security, data, and cloud guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus

- A gross monthly salary ranging from €5.742,00 to €8.865,00, depending on your work experience, based on a 40-hour workweek.
