**we are looking for an Invoice-Assistant for our Customer Service department to expand our team.**

**your responsibilities**:

- Daily entering/checking flight data regarding final order meals/handling of various customers
- Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill.
- Accurate when checking and processing numerical information and be alert to deviating and missing datas.
- Reconciliation between the delivery notes and datas in the system.
- Periodic invoicing (every 10 days): verification and finalisation of invoices.
- Invoices verification on a daily basis between the customer’s invoicing portal and our ERP.
- Creating invoices in excel specific customer’s sheet
- Creation of additional invoicing : month end invoices from suppliers and internal.
- Work and communicate with different departments.
- Previous experience in invoicing position.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Good knowledge and experience with ERP’s.
- Numerical understanding
- Work on own initiative working at pace and with a high level of accuracy.
- Prioritise workload in a pressurised environment to ensure duties are carried out in a timely manner.
- Any other duties as requested by your manager.
- Commercially aware, with a flexible mindset.
- Excellent communication, team work and customer service skills.

**Newrest will offer**:

- Contract for 1 year, with the prospect of a permanent contract.
- Salary (according to experience)
- Travel allowance
- 8% holiday allowance
- 8.33% End year bonus
