**Wat ga je doen?**
In deze functie ondersteun je vanuit onze hoofdvestiging te Rotterdam de werkplaatsfacturatie en claim handlers van onze 11 vestigingen. Je houdt je met name bezig met het verwerken van externe facturen en garantie
- en onderhoudscontractclaims. Je vindt het leuk om reparatieverslagen te vertalen naar een kwalitatieve factuur en je te verdiepen in de verschillende computersystemen. Je kan goed zelfstandig werken en beheerst de Nederlandse taal in goede mate.
Vanwege je centrale functie ben je in staat om verbeterpunten te signaleren en eventuele kwaliteitsverbeteringen te benoemen. Samen met de Service Managers van de verschillende vestigingen streef je naar optimale kwaliteit van de werkplaatsadministratie en -facturatie. Je bent onderdeel van de afdeling Service Center en je ondersteunt van daaruit al onze vestigingen.
**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en je bent administratief sterk
- Je kan goed met verschillende computersystemen overweg en maakt je systemen gauw eigen
- Je hebt een afgeronde Mbo-opleiding in een administratieve richting of ervaring in een rol met vergelijkbare werkzaamheden
- Je bent communicatief sterk en makkelijk in het samenwerken met anderen
- Je kan goed verbanden leggen en deze vertalen naar begrijpelijke taal
- Uit onderzoek blijkt dat vrouwelijke kandidaten pas solliciteren als ze aan 100% van de eisen voldoen, terwijl mannelijke kandidaten dat al bij 60% doen.
