**Warehouse Administration & Inventory Control**
**Overview**
Are you detail-oriented and skilled in inventory management? Join our team as an Inventory Administrator, where you'll ensure accurate stock control, oversee warehouse operations, and collaborate with customers on special projects.
In this role, you'll manage daily cycle counts, troubleshoot stock discrepancies, and maintain exceptional inventory accuracy. If you're organized, proactive, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you
Reports to: Operations Manager DC3
Location: DC3, Dreamstreet 21 in Hoofddorp
Time: 70% Warehouse & 30 Office
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
**Warehouse administrator**:
- Contact with Jacobson and customers on “Special Orders”
- Organizing documentation, labels and arranging collection for special orders,
- Contact with CSafe on all SoftboxVIP related queries and orders
- Completing orders for SoftboxVIP
- CSafe Inbound/Outbound
**Inventory control**
- Monthly stock takes on all customers in DC3; CSafe, SoftboxVIP, Jacobson
- Maintaining above 98% on all stock control
- Contact with all customers on inventory queries
- Support for inventory control in DC1 and DC2
**Other tasks**
- Accountable for the daily cycle counts as set per warehouse management targets
- KPI’s on Stock accuracy
- Signing off and monitor correct flow of process and actions
- Lead stock activities in the Warehouse
- Trouble shoot stock issues/stock discrepancies
- Update the related online forms with findings and start/completion of activities
**Key Attributes Required**
- Minimum of 1 year working experience, preferably in the logistics sector
- Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word plus experience in stock control and warehouse management systems)
- Being numerically focused
- Pro-active attitude and able to work independently
- Diligence and attention to detail
- Fluent in English - both verbally and in writing
