We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to perform routine documentation and general clerical duties associated with the monitoring of creditor accounts. Job requires supervision of the GL and AP accounting team in the Netherlands as well as remote office.

Jobspecifications (but not limited to):

- Outlook Mailbox management: Receive invoices and other accounts payable documentation
- Assist in project coding of accounts payable documentation
- Submit and monitor coded accounts payable documentation into ticket system Shared Service Centre
- Obtain authorisations for payment in accordance with standard procedures
- Assisting on Timecard Administration

- You are a graduated MBO Student (level 4) in Business Administration
- You have a minimum experience of 2 years in an administrative environment
- You are able to communicate in English
- 28-32 hours per week, full time can be discussed
- Hybrid working schedule with minimum 2 days in office and remaining hours working from home
- Part time day off cannot be on Fridays
