**About the function**:
As a greenhouse worker, you play a key role in the process of growing and caring for plants. Your tasks involve actions that ensure optimal conditions for their growth. Your work impacts both plant production and their preparation for further distribution.
Main tasks:
- Planting plants in trays according to orders.
- Monitoring plant health, overseeing, and controlling their growth.
- Removing weeds and ensuring plants have optimal conditions for growth.
- Collaborating with other departments.
Working one shift, from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:15. Overtime during the week and Saturday work may be required depending on the season and product availability.

**What we offer**:
- Hourly rate: €15.26 gross
- 8.33% holiday allowance
- Overtime pay: 160% after 38 hours during the week
- 125% bonus for work on Saturdays
