**About the Role**:
FeelGroup is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Digital Content Strategist to join our innovative team. Reporting directly to the Online Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our brand’s vision, engages our audience, and drives traffic across various digital platforms. Strong copywriting skills and familiarity with e-commerce are essential, as you will be creating compelling content that resonates with our target market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Copywriting Excellence**: Craft compelling, engaging copy that captures our brand voice and drives action, enhancing user experience across all touchpoints.
- **Audience Research**: Conduct research to understand our target audience, identify content opportunities, and tailor content to meet their needs and desires.
- **SEO Optimization**: Optimize content for search engines, utilizing SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.
- **Performance Analysis**: Use analytics tools to monitor content performance together with our _head of ecommerce_, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and enhance results.
- **Content Calendar**: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely production and publication of content that aligns with marketing campaigns and seasonal trends.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is aligned with our brand voice and supports marketing initiatives.
- **Industry Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital content, social media, and e-commerce to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
- **Content Audits**: Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in digital content strategy, marketing, or a similar role. Prior experience in e-commerce is a significant plus.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Content Management**: Proficient in content management systems (CMS) such as shopify and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- **SEO Knowledge**: Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing best practices.
- **Creative & Analytical**: Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills with a flair for both creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making.
- **Hands-On Approach**: Willingness to actively participate in content creation, from concept to execution, ensuring quality and consistency.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Knowledge of digital tools, software, and trends. Understanding of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
