**Logistics at full potential**

Are you a confident administrator with a passion for people and data? Do you pride yourself in excellent attention to detail Would you like an opportunity to work on a multicultural site and support one of our key fashion customers? This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure accurate records and smooth processes across multiple systems, including Reflex and Protime.

We are looking for an Administrative Employee to join us on a full-time permanent basis at our fashion contract in Tilburg. You’ll be part of the Workforce team helping to take care of administration and queries that occur on-site.

You will be working mostly Monday - Friday, office hours, but flexibility can be required in peak periods.

**What you do on a typical day**:

- Support the site HR & payroll function, implementing processes and systems to deliver site goals, playing an active part in the site ethos and strategy
- Coordinate and support all aspects of the people part from a process and administrative perspective including clothing management, time registration, payroll, account management
- Day-to-day you will create and issue contracts of employment and new starter packs for all ungraded employees, setting up files and updating systems and spreadsheets
- Support all aspects of the monthly payroll activities in line with GXO timelines and schedules including additional hours, sickness, absence and holiday

**What do you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in a fast paced environment, if you’re from a warehousing or logistics background this would be a plus
- Have passion for administrative work and helping others is your nature
- You speak and write fluently in English, if you also fluent in Dutch would be an advantage
- A positive attitude is a must, we need to make sure you love the environment we work in and make sure these flows throughout our workforce
- Experience with Employee Relations is a bonus
- Ability to build relationships with all key stakeholders
