Voor ons snelgroeiende team zijn we op zoek naar een fulltime, getalenteerde en toegewijde Online Merchandise & Conversie-optimalisatie (CRO) Specialist om ons team te versterken.

Als **Online Merchandiser & CRO Specialist** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de online winkelervaring en het maximaliseren van conversies op onze website. Je werkt nauw samen met alle specialisten binnen het E-commerce-, marketing
- en productieteam. Je taken omvatten onder meer:
Zorgen voor een up-to-date assortiment, inclusief nieuwe productlanceringen, productbeschrijvingen, prijzen en afbeeldingen.

Ontwikkelen en implementeren strategieën om de zichtbaarheid en aantrekkelijkheid van onze producten te vergroten, inclusief upselling en cross-selling technieken. Het creëren en implementeren van experimenten en tests om de effectiviteit van verschillende website-elementen, zoals lay-out, navigatie, formulieren en CTA's, te evalueren en te verbeteren. Het identificeren van knelpunten en optimalisatiekansen in de customer journey en het formuleren van actieplannen om deze aan te pakken. Het optimaliseren van verschillende elementen op de website, zoals meta-tags, title-tags, headings, afbeeldingen en interne links, om zoekmachines te helpen de inhoud van de pagina's beter te begrijpen en te indexeren. Het zorgen voor een technisch goed functionerende website door problemen op te lossen zoals laadsnelheid, crawlbaarheid, mobiele bruikbaarheid, URL-structuur, enzovoort. Het samen werken met het marketing team voor het creëren van hoogwaardige, relevante en SEO-vriendelijke content die aansluit bij de zoekintentie van gebruikers en het gebruik van relevante zoekwoorden en zoektermen. Het gebruiken van analyses en rapporten om inzicht te krijgen in de prestaties van verschillende productcategorieën en deze gegevens te gebruiken om strategische beslissingen te nemen.
- Je bent altijd op de hoogte van de laatste CRO-technieken, tools en trends en zorgt ervoor dat deze kennis wordt toegepast om prestaties voortdurend te verbeteren.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in marketing, e-commerce, bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Aantoonbare ervaring van 2-3 jaar in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de mode
- of detailhandelsbranche, bij voorkeur met focus op herenkleding.
- Diepgaande kennis van e-commerce, merchandising en conversie-optimalisatie, inclusief bewezen resultaten in het verbeteren van conversieratio's en online winkelervaringen.
- Uitstekend begrip van SEO-principes en ervaring met het optimaliseren van websites voor zoekmachines.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om gegevens te interpreteren en actiegerichte inzichten te genereren.
- Ervaring met tools voor A/B-testen, webanalyse en e-commerceplatform Shopify.
- Creativiteit en oog voor detail bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van merchandisingstrategieën en website-optimalisaties.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende teams en belanghebbenden.
- Passie voor mode en een goed begrip van de laatste trends en ontwikkelingen in de herenkledingindustrie.
- Je bent altijd op de hoogte van de laatste CRO-technieken, tools en trends en zorgt ervoor dat deze kennis wordt toegepast om prestaties voortdurend te verbeteren.
