We are currently looking for a **Color Mixer** to join us at our facility in **Tiel, Netherlands.**

You are at the basis of colour mixing and supplying quality slags to customers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Operating a colour dispensing machine and, if necessary, adjusting the production process, including the filling of paint and switching activities.
- Keeping the production equipment in good technical condition, including solving possible failures and carrying out minor maintenance
- Performance of manual mixing activities on the basis of order-driven assignments
- Ensuring that products meet the quality requirements
- You have knowledge of colours and pigments/colour distinctiveness
- Monitoring and processing various process data
- Correctly labelling and preparing the products for shipping
- Instructing and co-directing colleagues
- Being able to work with peripheral equipment: colour log/ spectrometer, colour computer, colour fans etc.
- Taking care of a safe and clean workplace

**Key requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar position
- MBO work/thinking level
- Good control of automatically controlled production tools
- Knowledge of colours and pigments/ colour distinctiveness
- Affinity with technology and technical insight
- Knowledge of Exact/ MS Office
- Stress resistant, decisive, team player, healthy sense of responsibility and communicative skills
- Compliance with safety and quality standards
