ASM is looking for a Spares Planner to join our ASME Spares Planning & Logistics Department (Sales Backoffice) in Almere. As a Spares Planner you will be responsible for the entire order process and providing excellent customer service. Together with your team you will also be looking for ways to optimize the spares stocking strategy and to identify opportunities for inventory reduction while maintaining customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with the Material Planner, Global Planner and Purchasing team, with a potential to perform some of these tasks, as well.

**Responsibilities**:
Planning:

- Place Sales Orders within agreed cost, lead time and stockholding parameters.
- Monitor order progress with various ASM entities around the world.
- Ensure arrival dates are maintained accurately within our systems to allow the business to provide world class service to customers.
- Internal and external communication regarding product's availability in collaboration with the Material Planner, Global Planner and Purchasing team.
- Direct communication with customers and/or account managers regarding feasibility material demand.
- Work with customers and FSE's on the material reverse logistics process and follow up actions with quality department, purchasing and various ASM entities.
- Kitting process, including administration, for Chamber Kit Management (to be defined and set up) for warehouse support and plan feedstock for consumables.

Administration:

- Maintain administration such as: Internal purchase orders (ICPO and STO), material packing lists and shipping information.
- Create invoices for service order process support.
- Data maintenance of stock records. Periodic provision of management information in ERP and related systems.
- Manage consignment stock fill ups and usage reports.
- Ensure payment schedules are adhered to and prepared for Finance.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years experience in a similar planners position in Supply Chain / Logistics.
- Bachelor's degree (minimum MBO 3 level).
- Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP or similar systems).
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong administrative skills; attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- You are self-driven, independent, a strong team player.
