As a Patient Coordinator at Quole Aesthetics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and support from their initial inquiry to well beyond their treatment appointments.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Offering a warm and welcoming experience for patients to our clinic;
- Efficiently scheduling appointments for consultations and treatments;
- Collaborating with our team to maintain the clinic's beautiful and welcoming atmosphere;
- Handling administrative tasks related to patient records, documentation, and follow-up communications; and
- Managing patient inquiries and providing timely responses.

- Previous experience in a similar role within a medical or aesthetic clinic is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating a positive patient experience.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and software.
- Fluent Dutch speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent language skills in either German or English required
