**Your and your job**

As a Sanctions Model Tester in the Sanctions Model Monitoring and Assurance team at Rabobank, you will contribute to achieving the purpose of the FEC domain; protecting Rabobank and society from money-laundering, terrorism financing and sanctions violations. Your focus will be on the monitoring the performance of the Sanctions Detection models, namely Transaction Filtering, Name Screening and Pre-Trade screening models.

**Top 4 responsibilities**
- ** Below-the-Line and Suppression Testing**: Manual evaluations of whether instances of names just below the matching threshold should have in fact generated a match (and likewise where suppression mechanisms were activated).
- ** Dashboards**: Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor the performance of sanctions models.
- ** Fuzzy matching testing**: Assist in setting up in-house tests to evaluate the fuzzy matching capabilities of sanctions models.
- ** Improved model monitoring**: Contribute to the overall improvement of model monitoring processes, empowering the model owner to take a proactive role.

You will be part of the team Global Sanctions Detection Models & Solution that operates under the umbrella of Control & Standards within the Area Sanctions. It is an expert driven team with a strong affinity with IT and model management. **You and your talent**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Model Monitoring/Validation or with Sanctions.
- You are able to substantiate your insights and advice based on data, preferably also having experience in data analysis.
- You are pro-active and work well independently.
- You are driven to continuously keep your knowledge up to date with new developments in the industry.
- You have a good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing, and preferably also for Dutch.

**This is what we offer you**
- A gross monthly salary between € 3,179.19 and € 6,130.64 per month (scale 7 to 9, depending on relevant work experience);
- Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance.
- An extra budget of 11 % of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
- A combination of working from home and at the office.
