- Are we looking for you as our _**_People & Systems Support Trainee?_**
- You are the point of contact for all the employees of Courtyard Amsterdam Arena Atlas and, together with the Heads of Departments, you will ensure that every employee feels at home in the hotel their first day until their last day. You will ensure that from the moment a new associate starts, they know where to find the different types of information, such as schedules, trainings and contracts. In addition, you ensure that the employees feel seen, heard an valued while doing their hard work. Tasks and responsibilities of this internship are:_
- _Assisting in the onboarding of new employees; setting up accounts, administration of documents and equipment, explaining online training courses;_
- _Keeping track of Marriott Trainings and planning training moments together with the department heads;_
- _Checking holiday balances and overtime and informing and advising department heads about this on a monthly basis_
- _Ensure the celebration of birthdays, work anniversaries and national holidays;_
- _Organizing various events (associate appreciation week, staff party, department outings, team building activities);_
- _Assisting in the recruitment of new staff by rewriting vacancy texts, posting vacancies online and offline, _
- _Answering the daily ad-hoc questions from employees._
- For this internship we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:_
- _You are following a relevant education (HBO or MBO) in hospitality;_
- _You are looking for an internship of at least 5 months;_
- _You speak and write fluently English and preferably Dutch;_
- _You are independent, representative and stress resistant;_
- _You are helpful and like to help other people;_
- _You don’t mind working at multiple things in once;_
- _You have work experience in the hospitality industry._
