- For our Heating and Refrigeration team in the Netherlands we are searching a Financial Controller. You will work in the Finance department of GEA Refrigeration Netherlands in Den Bosch. The Finance department is the spider in the web when it comes to receiving, processing, and delivering all kinds of information. The team consists of seven direct colleagues and the Senior Director Finance. It also collaborates with the Shared Service Centre in Manilla. Continuous improvement is of paramount importance to us. In this position, you can develop yourself into a full business partner for the organization.- Your responsibilities and tasks:
As Financial Controller you are responsible for the co-ordination of day-to-day controlling and accounting functions as well as providing assistance to Entity management. You take care of timely, reliable and accurate reporting as to ensure compliance with GEA standards, local regulations and external reporting (IFRS/NL GAAP).
Your tasks:
- Supporting monthly and ad hoc reporting activities
- Supporting ad hoc GEA initiatives at Entity level, Division and/or Region & Country
- Analyzing financial results and value drivers on Entity level and provide Entity Management with performance data, reports and analytics.
- Cashflow management and supporting initiatives to improve working capital
- Monitoring and analyzing Cost pricing, Inventory and Work-in-progress levels
- Reviewing project and service margins, hours / productivity rates.

Your profile and qualifications:
- Bachelor, preferable in business administration or economics.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Controlling and Finance.
- Good financial modeling skills as well as business and data analysis skills.
- Financial software & MS Office.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
- Analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and ability to think strategically.
- Intercultural experience & skills.
