Every year, thousands of tourists come to Amsterdam to explore the city and the country. With us. Because our always motivated and enthusiastic team makes sure that our guests will always have a beyond expectations experience and that no one misses the boat (or the bus) to the highlights of Amsterdam, the Netherlands and Belgium. And you are part of it. To accompany our guests on their trip to destinations like the Keukenhof, Giethoorn or Volendam we are looking for guides that breathe hospitality; who are professional and personal at the same time and who always take a step extra for their guests. In short: if your middle name is ‘Service’ and your whole attitude supports that, then we are looking for you. After a short but intense training period you will start working independently and all-round.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You welcome and accompany our guests during their day trip;
- You tell and inform our guests all that you know about the highlights they are going to visit;
- You have a pro active attitude towards the guests when it comes down to service, sales and entertainment;
- You give the right information about the products and services of Tours & Tickets and its partners.

**YOUR SKILLS**
- You have experience in guiding a group of tourists trough different attractions
- You are fluent in English and Spanish;
- You know the most important sights and places of interest in Amsterdam and The Netherlands;
- You like to stand in front of a group and impress the members with your knowledge (and laugh, of course);
- Your head is always cool: also when it’s busy and hectic. Your work is always structured;
- You don’t mind to work in weekends and holidays.

Our head office is - of course - based in Amsterdam, very close to Amsterdam Central Station.
