**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with customers and suppliers in assigned markets.
- Buy and sell dairy products in designated markets.
- Foster new and existing external ties through methods like cold calling, site visits, and international events.
- Draft sales and purchase contracts with a good grasp of delivery and payment terms.
- Optimize sales and purchase terms in assigned markets in line with management guidelines.
- Understand and register customer and supplier requirements, sharing information as needed.
- Ensure professional, efficient contract execution and smooth internal collaboration.
- Stay updated on market and product developments.
- Manage risk in sales and purchases (reliability, claims, currency, credit limits, payment terms).
- Implement position policy decisions.
- Provide insights on escalated issues.

**We seek a Trader who**:

- Holds a BSc or MSc degree.
- Has 0-3 years' experience in international (dairy) commodity trade.
- Possesses commercial acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates competencies in teamwork, communication, management, leadership, initiative, customer focus, relationship building, analysis, and financial awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages like German or French is a plus.
