**Role: Operations Executive**

**Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid Model working)**

**Type: Contract (4 Hrs per day)**
- Monitoring F&L Operations
- Effective Monitoring of Space Management
- Handling Employee Grievances
- Co-ordinating with Landlord for Rent/CAM, electricity, water invoices & maintenance related reports of critical equipment’s
- Visitor / Guest Management
- Helping India offshore team to implement Environment Health Safety related work like setting of EHS framework, participation in HSE committee, facing EHS / Quality / Information Security internal & external audits.
- Responsible for maintaining hygiene standards at work place
- Help India Offshore team to comply with compliances defined by local government
- Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures ,Fire Drills
- Track & close Help Desk tickets.
- Assist in utilization of meeting & conference rooms
- Update daily tracker & Registers define as per Mastek procedures
- Aware of Building Evacuation Plan / Contingency Plan made available by Mastek for their facility.
- Courier Booking, stationery & Guest House Management
- Identification of risk in existing in F&L Operations and take the necessary steps to eliminate/reduce the risks which help F&L Operations perform in a smooth manner
- Vendor Evaluations with the help of India offshore team
- Coordination and Collaboration with HR and Finance
- Handling the Non IT Asset Management with the help of India offshore team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €20.000,00 - €35.000,00 per year
