**Description**:
**As a District Manager you will**:
- Prepare and plan strong implementation plans for staff coverage across all retail locations, with a particular focus on top doors.
- Implement strategies to ensure targets are achieved and where possible exceeded.
- Monitor key success metrics: sales, conversion, Productivity/expenses, net promotor score, data collection.
- Actively exploit business opportunities to deliver stretch plans and persevere during challenging times.
- Make recommendations to Sales Manager and Brand Managers on yearly targets, as well as on-store site selection.
- Attract, lead and develop the team to achieve the sales plan and deliver high-touch customer service.
- Set the tone for excellence in execution in all field staff, actively role modelling effective selling techniques.
- Develop and upskill the team in retail management techniques and drive commercial performance improvement.
- Ensure operational efficiencies and completion of procedures according to retail regional and affiliate retail guidelines, brand guidelines, and company standards.
- Ensure all activities respect brand standards and visual integrity of stores.
**Qualifications**:
- Entrepreneur & initiative taker with an operational mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken communications in English and Dutch.
- Proven retail/sales and people management experience in an omnichannel consumer-driven environment; preferably in the cosmetics & beauty industry.
- Good usage of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Result and sales-oriented, passion for the product, hands-on approach, pragmatic & flexible, driven challenge seeker.
- Organizational skills and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels.
