In our relentless pursuit of creating a delightful customer journey through cutting-edge solutions, SkyTeam is thrilled to present a **unique internship opportunity within our Customer Experience Team **that promises to be as enlightening as it is challenging.
This is a one-of-a-kind internship experience designed specifically for (applied) university students eager to take on the dynamic world of airline networks, distribution, and intermodal partnerships.
**About the Internship Opportunity**

As an intern at SkyTeam, you'll be more than just an observer. You will team up with two experienced and collaborative colleagues, with a big passion for the airline industry. They are willing to share their knowledge and guide you throughout the internship period. In return, they ask the same commitment, a sense of curiosity and ownership
**Your assignments**
- ** Data analytics and reporting,** including but not limited to Customer Satisfaction, Lounge access management system, capacity analysis model, and additional insights and ad hoc benchmarks
- ** Technology**: Support in implementation of proof of concept(s) and new tool(s) to enhance customer experience in the lounge
- ** Sustainability**: Support the implementation of a Sustainability program
- ** Coordinate with Brand & Communication department,** for example assets required by lounges, creation of in-house videos
- ** General**: support in daily activities like minutes/takeaways of meetings, drafting update for inhouse newsletters, assisting in preparations of material/presentations, keep documentation organized

**Your profile**:
**Your required Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Knowledge of airline passenger business is preferred but not essential
- Strong execution skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver results and take tasks/ assignments to their full conclusion (and continuation, as necessary)
- Be a self-starter with ability to work independently as well as in teams, delivering on assigned tasks systematically without additional prompting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (both spoken and written)
- Interpersonal skills
- Marketing and/or analytical experience
- knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, additional knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization, and reporting tools is a plus
- Cross-cultural awareness and Team player

**Must have**:

- You must maintain active enrollment in a university program throughout the duration of your internship.
- Currently residing in the Netherlands for the duration of your internship

**This internship duration is for a period of 6 - 12months with a preferred start date in August**
