Om onze groei in geautomatiseerde procesoplossingen te versnellen is Agidens op zoek naar een Sales Manager Energies (Tank Terminals). Met een absolute focus op Solutions Selling. Als Sales Manager ben je het gezicht van Agidens en geef je een boost aan de strategische ambities om de waarde van Agidens, als Solutions Provider, binnen de industrie te versterken.

**Wat zal je doen?**:

- Je belangrijkste rol is het optimaal onderhouden ervan klantenrelaties en het identificeren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe partnerships (30%) in de Tank Terminal wereld.
- Je staat in voor de gehele verkoopscyclus, van prospect to close.
- Je onderhandelt en behaalt verkoopsdoelstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat aan alle contractuele eisen wordt voldaan (T&C).
- Je volgt marktontwikkelingen op rond industriële automatisering, en denkt actief mee met je klanten om hen te adviseren over innovatieve oplossingen.
- Je gebruikt consultative selling skills om onze meerwaarde duidelijk over te brengen naar de klant.
- Je werkt nauw samen met ons Sales team en Marketing om nieuwe leads te genereren.

- Commercieel sterk, een netwerker en in staat om een vertrouwensrelatie op te bouwen op lange termijn.
- Je krijgt energie van klantvragen te vertalen naar automated solutions
- Je ontwikkelt jezelf voortdurend en blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe technologie
- Je hebt ervaring met onderhandelingstechnieken en value-based sales
- Je kan met de nodige commerciële flair en passie gesprekken aangaan tot op C-level
- Je hebt een ondernemende mindset; steeds pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht, ga jij voor impact
- Een gedreven communicator, zowel in het Nederlands als het Engels
- Je bent bereid om regelmatig klanten in België en Nederland te bezoeken
