De ligging van NH Atlanta Rotterdam is wat onze gasten aantrekt. Ons hotel ligt namelijk midden op de Coolsingel in het hart van Rotterdam en is een van de weinige panden die is blijven staan tijdens de bombardementen in de tweede wereldoorlog. Alles om ons heen ademt Rotterdam; theaters, de Koopgoot en de geweldige restaurants en bars. Het werken in een metropool met een variëteit aan gasten en multiculturele collega's, is wat werken in NH Atlanta Rotterdam zo leuk maakt. Ook werken wij veel samen met ons cluster hotel nhow Rotterdam. Het kan dus zijn dat je ook daar af en toe wordt ingeroosterd en zodoende meer collega's leert kennen en jezelf breder ontwikkelt. **Een dag uit het leven van een Dag/Nacht Receptionist**
**06:45** Je bent omgekleed en met een kopje koffie gearriveerd in de backoffice. Je collega van de nachtdienst verzorgt de overdracht. Jij noteert de actiepunten
**07:00** Jij begint aan je checklijst en staat met je mooiste glimlach klaar achter de balie om de eerste gasten te helpen
**08:00** Je hebt de aankomsten van vandaag gecontroleerd en bijzonderheden gecommuniceerd naar de Desk Manager en de andere afdelingen
**10:00** Tussen de telefoontjes door, pak jij de binnenkomende mails op en werk je je door de 'ochtenspits' heen
**12:00** Lekker lunchen met je collega's van andere afdelingen
**13:00** Je kijkt of er nog uitcheckende gasten zijn en gaat verder met de checklijst tot deze af is
**14:00** Je zorgt dat de overdracht ge-update wordt voor de late dienst en begint met het tellen van de kassa en afronden van je dienst
**14:45** De late dienst is binnengekomen en jij kan beginnen met de overdracht
**15:00** Lekker naar huis
