- You will be working in a brand new warehouse in Roosendaal.- Our client has a Japanese roots - which you can see in every step of the way: exciting mix of respect for tradition and passion for new technology; the general politeness, great respect for the coworkers, focus on 5Srule but also the same time expecting seriousness, respect for the rules and each other.- Your working space is very clean and well organise to take care of your wellness at work. It’s a place where you can feel like a community, doing sport together in the morning before the shift start. The place where your work is appreciated and you can evolve to higher positions and get more important skills if you are a serious person.- The client is providing with EPT-Crosstrainings inside, which means you can become also an EPT driver inside of the company.You have possibility to become a trainer,5s member, troubleshooter.- You can also count on different kind of activities time-to-time together with all the team, like ping-pong tournaments.- As an orderpicker you collect orders for individual shops. You work with traditional paper orders or with the hand scanner. This is a walking job - every day you take around 11,000 steps. Good physical condition is therefore essential.**Working hours**
- You will work in two shift, the first one starts at 6.00 and the second shift starts at 10.00.- The busiest period is between October and December. The rest of the year is steady.**What do we ask**:
- In order to be successful in this position you need to:
- Speak English very well
- By in possession of confirmation no criminal record
- Be flexible
- Be in good physical condition - it is a walking job
- Driving licence is a big advantage
- Experience in working with scanners and order picking is very welcome
