We’re looking for an intern for the People Communications team to specialize in Employer Branding who can help us deliver recruitment marketing initiatives, so we can reach and attract the top tech talent that will help us shape tomorrow’s mobility.

**What you'll need**:

- You are enrolled in a Dutch university till February 2025 and available full-time from the 1st of August
- You have a knack for project management and content creation
- Your English is almost flawless
- You have great communication skills, enjoy working in a team
- You are very proactive, creative and have an eye for detail
- Enrollment in a relevant program (e.g. marketing, media communication, HR)
- EU citizenship or enrollment in a Dutch university for all duration of the internship (to meet work permit regulations)

**What you'll do**:

- Brainstorm and deliver initiatives aimed at attracting talent and telling the world why TomTom is the place to be
- Manage TomTom’s presence on Glassdoor and Indeed
- Deliver recruitment events, from conferences to meet-ups
- Be the EB representative for global Early Careers and student initiatives
- Support local Talent Acquisition teams with their recruitment efforts
- Analyze and report on social media metrics and website performance to understand how successful our efforts are

- 1,100 Euros/month (gross salary based on full-time work)
- 6 months with a possibility to extend to a 1 year internship contract (only if still enrolled in university)
