Key Responsibilities:
1. Configure and maintain web server software, such as Apache, Nginx, or Tomcat, to ensure optimal performance and security.

3. Monitor server performance and capacity and implement scaling strategies as needed.

4. Manage databases and domains, ensuring data integrity and availability.

5. Ensure web standards and protocol compliance, including HTTP, SSL, DNS, and FTP.

6. Implement and maintain web security measures to protect against vulnerabilities and cyber threats.

8. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, trends, and best practices.

10. Assist with general IT support in our office, like setting up users and troubleshooting issues.

Key Skills:
1. Proficiency in configuring and managing web server software like Apache, Nginx, or Tomcat.

2. Deep knowledge in setting up and configuring load-balanced, high availability and scalable web servers with Nginx.

3. Expertise in setting up and maintaining performant, scalable MySQL databases clusters and replication

4. Expertise in setting up and maintaining performant, scalable Redis cache clusters and replication

6. Experience with managing web content, databases, and domains.

7. Deep knowledge of web technologies and protocols, including HTTP, SSL, DNS, and FTP.

8. Familiarity with web security best practices and techniques.

10. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

11. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

12. AWS SysOps Administrator skills, including experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and CloudWatch.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in web administration or a related role.
- AWS SysOps Administrator certification preferred.
