- MEDEWERKER FINANCIAL CONTROL- als Medewerker financial control- De nieuwe purchase-to-pay-werkwijze (P2P), daar moet iedereen binnen de sectoren Bestuurlijke & Algemene Zaken en Middelen & Dienstverlening aan wennen. Jij doorgrondt het systeem, doktert uit hoe we de beste reportages kunnen maken en helpt collega’s uit de sectoren met hun financieel-administratieve vragen. Daarnaast zoek je uit of bijvoorbeeld ICT-investeringen op de juiste manier zijn geboekt. En of de inhuur van een expert financieel rechtmatig is verlopen. Zodat de financieel adviseur met jouw informatie kan adviseren en bijsturen binnen de sectoren.- DE HOOGTEPUNTEN VAN JOUW VERHAAL- Voor al je collega’s van de sectoren Bestuurlijke & Algemene Zaken en Middelen & Dienstverlening ben jij de vraagbaak voor het nieuwe financiële systeem.
- Je schept helderheid met cijfers. En je controleert of collega’s binnen de afdelingen op de juiste manier omgaan met financiële processen.
- Ook ondersteun je managers bij het opstellen van begrotingen en tussentijdse financiële rapportages voor de gemeenteraad.
- En verzamel je de verantwoordingsinformatie voor de accountant.
- DIT KRIJG JE ERVOOR TERUGEen goed gevoel Jouw werk doet ertoe voor meer dan 160.000 inwoners. Bovendien krijg je de ruimte om beter te worden in je vak, door te groeien of iets totaal anders te proberen. Wat jouw persoonlijke ambitie ook is; er is veel mogelijk als je zelf de kansen pakt. En daarnaast:
- Salaris tussen € 3.317 - € 4.752 bruto per maand, op basis van 36 uur per week.
- Contract voor een jaar. Zijn we daarna nog steeds blij met elkaar? Dan krijg je een vast contract.
- Persoonlijk budget van 17,05% van je salaris dat je kunt inzetten zoals jij wilt. Dit is opgebouwd uit vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering en bovenwettelijk verlof.
- Mogelijkheden om hybride te werken.
- 27 vakantiedagen als je fulltime werkt. Je kunt ook meer uren per week werken om extra verlof op te sparen.
- ZO SCHRIJF JE JOUW SUCCESVERHAALVraagstukken inzichtelijk maken waarin cijfers de hoofdrol spelen. En door goede samenwerking tot de beste oplossing komen. Daar word jij blij van. Hoe ingewikkeld ook, je zet door om tot een goed resultaat te komen. Dat je nauwkeurig werkt, vind je vanzelfsprekend. Verder heb je:
- Hbo-niveau in een financieel-administratieve richting.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als financieel medewerker.
- Bij voorkeur ervaring met complexe financiële systemen in een grotere organisatie.
- HIER ZET JIJ DE KROON OP HET WERK- Samen met vier (senior) financieel adviseurs, een collega-medewerker en een senior medewerker financial control vorm je het team Financieel Management. Een fijne club waarin iedereen voor elkaar klaarstaat en je jezelf kunt zijn. In vaardigheden en interesses zijn we superdivers. Maar allemaal houden we van gezelligheid en zetten we als het nodig is een stapje extra om de gemeentelijke financiën op orde te houden. Onze organisatieondersteuning is echt teamwork. Daarom werken we sowieso drie dagen per week samen op het stadskantoor.**Dit tovert een glimlach op het gezicht van jouw collega Mark**
