**Welcome to Fresh Solutions Netherlands B.V. in Waddinxveen, where innovation meets high performance** As a global market leader and wholesaler in the fresh produce sector, we collaborate with over 400 dedicated professionals to deliver efficient, sustainable solutions to customers and suppliers. Our state-of-the-art 36,000 m² warehouse processes 550,000 to 600,000 packages weekly. Our Distribution Center (DC) team plays a vital role in supporting our supply chain and handling international fresh products seamlessly.

(flowers & plants), and Greenyard Supply Chain Services (logistics). From here, we supply one of the largest retailers in Germany with fresh products.

**What will you do?**
As a DC Manager, you'll spearhead key initiatives in our vibrant, international environment. Your role will be central to managing both processes and people, driving cost savings, and enhancing efficiency. We need a strategic leader who is also hands-on to achieve tangible results with the team. Your responsibilities include:

- **Lead and Optimize**: Oversee the DC for fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring top-notch efficiency and quality.
- **Team Management**: Inspire and guide a diverse team of operators, team leads, and department heads, fostering trust and maximizing performance.
- **Process Improvement**: Enhance logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations using advanced warehouse management systems.
- **Collaborate and Innovate**: Work with various departments, suppliers, and customers to continuously refine operations and achieve significant cost savings.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Relevant Experience and education: Proven background in logistics or supply chain management and preferably in the food industry with a relevant bachelor or master's degree
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead strategically and build trust across various levels, including team leads, department heads, and staff.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in warehouse management systems and process optimization.
- Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a flexible, team-oriented approach.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and English.
