Tech Lead/ Full Stack /App Development

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement a scalable and secure architecture on AWS, ensuring reliability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing monitoring.
- Mentoring junior and senior developers to ensure code quality, consistency, and alignment with best practices.
- Ensure that monitoring, logging and alerting systems are in place for all critical services.
- Ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR, etc.) and security best practices.

**Experience**:

- Several years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading mobile development teams, preferably with Flutter.
- Extensive experience with NestJS and managing complex backend systems.
- Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture, including autoscaling, load balancing, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience managing distributed systems, microservices and cloud native architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Postgres and experience in managing and tuning large Postgres databases.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German or Dutch is a big plus), problem solving skills and ability to work in an international team.
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, GitLab/GitHub for code versioning, issue tracking and team collaboration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €60.000,00 - €84.000,00 per year
