Electrical Inspector

**Electrical Inspector**

The Electrical Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations within a data center construction project adhere to relevant safety codes, regulations, and project specifications. This role involves conducting thorough inspections, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspections**:

- Perform regular inspections of electrical systems, components, and installations at various stages of construction.
- Verify compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and project-specific requirements.
- Identify and document any electrical code violations, safety hazards, or deficiencies.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed inspection reports, clearly outlining findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any identified issues.
- Communicate inspection results effectively to project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with electricians, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure electrical systems are installed safely and correctly.
- Provide guidance and support to address any electrical code or safety concerns.

**Safety Focus**:

- Prioritize safety in all aspects of the role, ensuring electrical installations meet the highest safety standards.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Inspector
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
