**Move forward als Logistics Coördinator bij DSV in Rotterdam**

Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de bevoorrading van grote internationale klanten, die actief zijn in de olie & gas-sector. Jij zorgt er voor dat de dagelijkse operatie 24/7 daar blijft draaien door aanvoer van alle benodigde goederen. Van industriële motoren tot aan tijdskritieke producten. Samen met je collega’s werk je klantgericht en zorg je voor de beste logistieke oplossingen. Dát is wat jij doet

**Jij krijgt het voor elkaar**

Samen met je collega’s in Rotterdam (op kantoor en warehouse) zorgen dat de alle benodigde goederen naar de overzeese (boor)platformen gaan. Gebruikmakend van diverse transport-modaliteiten. Vanuit het warehouse van DSV naar de andere kant van de wereld: jij werkt eraan mee.

Hoe je dit doet? Als Logistics Coördinator** **werk je nauw samen te werken met je collega’s. Je ontvangt van je contactpersoon bij de klant details over een bestelling welke zij doen bij hun leverancier. Je collega’s in het warehouse ontvangen de zending, controleren deze op aantallen, schades en documentatie. Jij zorgt er dan voor dat alle klantorders in het warehouse management systeem worden gezet. En assisteer je collega’s bij de organisatie van het transport. Alle certificeringen en documentatie moeten kloppen vóór transport. Jij en je collega’s werken nauw samen aan de tevredenheid van de internationale key-accounts. En tussendoor informeer je de klant over het verloop van andere zendingen. Dit krijg jij voor elkaar door het:

- verwerken van klantorders in het systeem van DSV en collega’s informeren wat te doen;
- mogelijke problemen klantgericht oplossen;

Jouw team valt binnen DSV op door de gezellige en open manier van communiceren met elkaar. Gewoon op z’n Rotterdams. Een positief gevoel op de werkvloer vindt het team belangrijk. Samenwerken aan een verdere groei van DSV in de Waalhaven.

**Jij brengt mee**
- zeker 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie als customer service medewerker in een logistieke omgeving;
- een goede kennis van Nederlandse en Engelse taal om met de klant te kunnen spreken of mailen.
