Binnen ons Internationale hoofdkantoor kun je creatief en uniek zijn en echt betrokken raken bij de besluitvorming Vanaf Februari 2025 is onze IT afdeling op het hoofdkantoor in Hilversum (dicht bij Amsterdam) op zoek naar een gepassioneerde IT Support stagiair. Studeer je momenteel en ben je op zoek naar een interessante stage bij ons groeiende, internationale Retail Brand? En wil je meedoen aan de Hunkemöller lifestyle?

Je volgt de "Best Internship in Retail" en leert op de werkvloer terwijl je het team ondersteunt met het volgende:

- Intake telefoongesprekken/administreren/afhandelen
- 1e lijns telefoontjes oplossen
- Het opvoeren van users
- Hardware installaties en reparaties uitvoeren

Onze IT afdeling draagt zorg voor een effectief gebruik van alle beschikbare hard
- en software binnen Hunkemöller.

Daarnaast biedt de IT-afdeling 1e en 2e lijnsupport aan de gebruikers met als doel een optimale ondersteuning te bieden aan de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, door het oplossen van routinematige vragen of het doorspelen van complexe vragen voor alle door Hunkemöller ingezette, IT infrastructuur, hard
- en software.

JOUW PROFIEL:
Je bent een representatieve en zelfstandige stagiair(e) die:

- De handen graag uit de mouwen steekt en weet van aanpakken;
- Klantgericht handelt en analytisch kan denken;
- Over goede communicatievaardigheden beschikt;
- Geduldig is en graag helpt bij het oplossen van problemen omtrent IT
- MBO werk
- en denkniveau (studiekeuze ICT of Administratief);
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- 5 maanden beschikbaar.
