**Job requirements**:

- True team spirit is very important because your colleagues will train you on the job;
- You are a certified CO2 welder;
- Willing to take part of any part of the production proces;
- Willing to work extra hours, 5 hours per week overtime is the average, (10 hours max voluntarely).
- You are handy, and have the technical talent for the starter position;
- Experience with electric hand tools;
- Communicative English, A2 or better;
- Long time availability;
