The Job

As a Webshop Merchandiser, you will play a key role in enhancing the online shopping experience for our business customers. You’ll ensure that products are easy to find, the webshop performs optimally, and customers benefit from tailored promotions. With your expertise, you’ll take our Customer webshop to the next level

Your Mission

Optimize Product Presentation and Navigation
- Organize and present products on the webshop for easy navigation and accessibility.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, pricing, and images.

Drive Sales Through Merchandising Strategies
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to boost order size.
- Develop product bundles, featured collections, and promotions tailored to B2B customers.

Monitor and Improve Webshop Performance
- Analyze webshop metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates) to identify areas for improvement.
- Make changes to enhance user experience, including search functionality and category structure.

Inventory and Availability Management
- Ensure product availability and maintain accurate stock visibility.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Collaborate on Campaign Execution
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to launch targeted promotional campaigns.
- Align campaigns with business objectives and customer needs to maximize engagement.

Your Talent
- Experience in webshop merchandising, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Data-driven and skilled at analyzing performance metrics.
- Excels at organizing and presenting products to enhance customer experience.
- proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented.

- T_his role is based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible. To be considered for this position, you must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands without the need for a work permit._
