For our Data Center Project in Groningen, The Netherlands, we are looking for a:
Snag Manager (M/F)
- (Fulltime | 40 hours)_

In the role of Snag Manager you coordinate and trouble shoot quality issues on site. Together with a multidisciplinary team of support staff, you play a crucial role in supporting the Site Team in meeting the deliverables of the agreed planning. In this role you report into the Site Manager for the daily operation and indirectly into the Rolls-Royce Project Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for managing all quality topics together with the Site Manager and the Rolls-Royce quality Team- You coordinate material and staff to solve quality issues and coordinate repair works- You execute administrative duties to support the documentation for the customer and Rolls-Royce Project team- You create
- the required quality reports and regular updates

Your Competences:
- Technical knowledge of gensets- Experience with data center project- Experience with quality management systems- Good communication and teamwork skills- Level of Work: Bachelor degree or higher education level- Valid SCC / VCA full Certificate
