**Calling All Innovators: Join Our Productivity - Processing Team as an R&D Intern and Revolutionize Food Process Upscaling**
**Location**: Wageningen, Netherlands
**Start date**: September 2024 (6 months)
**About the role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate R&D intern to support the Productivity - Processing team. In the Processing team, you will be dealing with Food Process upscaling rules. This includes collecting process design information of Upfield's processing units on lab-, pilot plant
- and factory-scale, creating an overview of estimated shear rates for the different unit operations, and defining rules and guidelines to facilitate upscaling of Upfield's processing equipment.
**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**
- Be completing a master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Food Processing at a Dutch university
- Have knowledge on Fluid Dynamics, Rheology and/or Process Design
- Ability to collect data from different sources and compile it in a structured way
- Ability to analyse data and find valuable insights
- Be curious
