Internship: Financial Administrator

Let your talents shine brightly As an intern at our Finance department, you’ll be supporting & maintaining the accounts payable, accounts receivables, financial records, transaction recording, reporting and more. You’ll focus on data accuracy, timely processing of invoices, reconciliations and business support.

**What are you going to do?**
- Preparing and processing financial documentations such as invoices, receipts, and credit notes;
- Supporting the purchase orders matching in the ERP;
- Updating and maintaining the financial records, source files and filing systems;
- Tracking and monitoring financial transactions;
- Reviewing financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy;
- Supporting reconciliations and audit procedures;
- Support preparing VAT and other statutory submissions.
