As we’re continuously building, scaling and improving our processes along the way, we're looking for an enthusiastic **Supply Planner** to support this growth within the company.

You will be part of the Sourcing, Merchandising and Planning team to ensure timely and accurate product management and distribution while maximising availability in our warehouses and stores.

This** full-time** position is** immediately available **at our **HQ** **in Amsterdam.**

**You'll be**
- Taking responsibility for the allocation and replenishment of all product categories, sellable and non-sellable, to production partners and store fleet
- Supporting inventory management and ensuring availability at central distribution centre (NL) and our regional distribution centre (GB)
- Responsible for monitoring collection performance across the board
- Responsible for new collection launches - distribution and allocation
- Supporting new store openings with product availability
- Maintaining our product database to reflect the most recent and accurate information
- Flagging areas where processes and product flows to stores need to be improved
- Working as part of a team to monitor, report and improve supply chain performance
- Closely collaborating with Retail, Logistics, and Customer Experience
- Reviewing business processes and identifying & executing key process improvement

- Have more than basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Any experience with ERP systems or planning tools is a plus
- Are great at managing multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously
