Call Operator

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Call Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide information.
- Document call details accurately in our CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
