Global Data Manager

As a Global Data Manager you can now contribute to our shared mission.
- The opportunities of data, analytics and artificial intelligence are evident. It is also evident that we need fit-for-purpose data to realize these opportunities. As our Global Data Manager, you will be accountable for building and maturing our data management capabilities.
You will drive the implementation of master data management, meta data management and data quality management across all departments and teams globally.
You are responsible to achieve fit-for-purpose data by organizing the right goals, priorities, collaborations and focus to deliver. To get this done you:
- Lead the Global Data Management discipline-
- Are part of the Management Team of Data Insights & Data Innovation (within our I&D (Information & Digitalization) department)-
- Are part of the Leadership Team Data, Analytics and Reporting (DAR)The most important deliverables, focused on gaining value with fit-for-purpose data, for the upcoming years:
Build & expand the data management capability considering both expert roles (within I&D and DAR teams) and business rolesAs our lead you will make strategical and tactical proposals and decisions regarding data management. Together with the data management specialist in your team, the DAR managers, and their data stewards you get your plans implemented and put your work into practice. You will also work closely together with our architects, data engineers and other IT professionals with whom you can decide together on important technological questions.
Your power:
- 10+ years’ work experience including 5+ years data management roles-
- Master's degree in business administration/economics/computer science/Technology/Engineering or other related field or equivalent working experience-
- Proven experience in leading implementations (project
- and or program management-
- Proven experience in implementing data governance, data management and related tooling-
- Great stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills-
- Team player with a positive attitude and can-do mentality to make it work-
- You can set direction and activate yourself, your peers and/or teams to get resultsOur Power
