We work in an international environment where all communication is in English (Dutch speakers more than welcome), as a front office team member, who will partly work as night auditor/night receptionist for the night shifts.

As a front desk receptionist you will be trained to be responsible for a wide variety of reception tasks like checking guests in and out, answering calls, keeping an eye on the hotel, and informing guests about all that Hotel has to offer.

**Primary tasks/responsibilities;**
- Checking hotel guests in and out
- Preparing reservations for guests
- Administration tasks
- Answering the phone
- Being flexible to help out the rest of the team and our guests where ever you can
- Offering information and service to our (potential) guests

**Profile;**
- Highly customer

- Experience as a receptionist / night auditor
- Proper communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Representative
- Knoledge of Opera PMS

We are looking for someone preferably located in Zuid-Holland since most of the working shifts are in Den Haag and surroundings.
