ASSISTANT MANAGER, INNOVATION BOURJOIS
**Location**: Amsterdam
**Duration**: Until mid October (Maternity cover)

The Assistant Manager will work in close partnership with the Brand Manager on innovation in order to create and develop new Bourjois products, from brief to final delivery to markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Assistant Manager your remit will focus on supporting the brand manager on all new products developments as well as delivering some robust analysis of market and competition, in order to drive the innovation strategy of the brand.

Performing a rich variety of tasks which are not limited to;
Staying abreast of global competitive activity and trends, conduct competitive analysis, assess new competitive product launches & competitive data (Rankings/Market Share, product mix, retail pricing, top selling promotions)
Analyse the brand performance across markets, post launch analysis in collaboration with our commercial planning team
Assist the brand manager in their daily tasks of product design and development, which includes:
Initiate and manage the project development on beauty categories, driving deadlines and marketing deliverables, from concept, formulation, pack development, cost to product launch
Supporting & coordinating innovation tools, mocks up, samples & product orders as well as supporting the brand manager with Purchase Order creations/budget management and key meeting preparation

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an Assistant Manager, you will be proactive, able to work across multiple projects, solutions orientated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and international environment.

Other than that will have;
Educational background in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
2+ years related experience in marketing ideally with a good understanding of product development.
Demonstrate creativity, leadership, strategic thinking, independence, proactiveness and ownership; embracing both big picture objectives and follow-through on details.
Passion for beauty industry and curious about all latest products launches: Knowledge of Bourjois DNA is a plus
Fluency in English required.
