**What to expect**
- Structured Learning & Development
Your internship journey begins with meeting your team and setting clear goals for the next five months. You'll be assigned a dedicated mentor—an expert in your chosen field—who will guide you, challenge you, and provide regular feedback on your professional and personal growth.
- Hands-On Experience
As an intern at Hypersolid, you’re more than just a temporary team member. You’ll have real responsibilities, contribute to projects, and work closely with experienced professionals. This is your opportunity to gain practical experience and develop a genuine feel for working in a dynamic tech environment.
- Collaborative Projects
In addition to working on individual goals, you have the option to collaborate with fellow interns on a group project. From concept to prototype development, you’ll manage every stage of the project. If your final product showcases exceptional quality, we’ll support you in making it a reality with one of our clients.
- Innovation & Creativity
We value creativity and encourage innovation. If you have a unique idea, we’ll give you the space and resources to explore it. Our culture is all about diving headfirst into exciting opportunities. Previous interns have worked on high-impact projects, including the design of the iconic Max Verstappen helmet, which remains a symbol of excellence today.
